Pre-Roof & pre-stairs with MiAmor in the shadows!

Putting on Roof...did anyone notice the "Mexican-style" ladder? Marcos taught recent NYU grads & our ranch volunteers Leah & Meryl to hand-split all of the bamboo on our unique board & bat combo with machetes!

Inside before the sofa/bed was built. The white frames are from a recycled shelving unit in a book store. We used them for framing instead of cutting down more trees.

And in case you were wondering, yes, Marcos is still with us after working on our OSHA-approved ladder!!
